Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the KFCJili platform — whether through our website at kfcjili.best, any associated mobile application, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and KFCJili. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the KFCJili platform and should close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of KFCJili after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain a KFCJili account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. KFCJili does not allow minors to access its platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines, or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be registered or employed by KFCJili, any of its affiliate companies, or any software provider whose products appear on our platform.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from KFCJili or any affiliated gaming platform, or who has been excluded by a regulatory authority.
• You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

KFCJili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each person may only hold one KFCJili account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, KFCJili will close all accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any remaining balances.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. KFCJili may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the details on your account.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any PIN or two-factor authentication codes linked to your KFCJili account. Do not share your login details with anyone. KFCJili will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

04 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on KFCJili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). We accept deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier. KFCJili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Funding Source

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. KFCJili does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of a player. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player may be frozen and returned pending verification.

Processing Times

Most deposits via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are credited to your KFCJili wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via PESONet may take up to 3 business hours. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to system maintenance — contact our support team if your deposit has not appeared within the expected timeframe.

05 Withdrawals

KFCJili processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

Identity Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, KFCJili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or passport) and a recent proof of address. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not intended to delay your withdrawal unnecessarily.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash / Maya: 5–15 minutes
• InstaPay: 15–30 minutes
• PESONet bank transfer: up to 3 business hours

KFCJili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if unusual betting patterns, potential fraud, or bonus abuse are detected on the account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

KFCJili offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion rules state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet 20 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Bonus Abuse

KFCJili monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and collusion with other accounts. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on KFCJili are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. General betting rules apply across all product categories including Sports Betting, Sabong, Poker, Roulette, Slots, and Virtual Sports.

• Bets confirmed and accepted by the KFCJili system are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless KFCJili explicitly offers a cash-out or amendment facility for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or match, KFCJili reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned.
• KFCJili reserves the right to limit or refuse a bet from any player without providing a reason, particularly where the requested stake is unusually high or where suspicious activity is detected.
• For live betting, the odds and markets available at the moment you place your bet are what apply. Market movements after bet confirmation do not affect your accepted wager.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KFCJili and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false or misleading personal information
• Using someone else's identity or payment credentials
• Participating in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the KFCJili platform
• Attempting to exploit system errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain
• Laundering money or using KFCJili for any illegal financial activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Allowing a minor to access or use your KFCJili account

KFCJili cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any evidence of illegal activity detected on our platform may be reported to the appropriate government agencies.

09 Responsible Gaming

KFCJili will not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your end
• Technical failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, government actions, or third-party service outages
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the KFCJili platform

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by applicable gaming regulations.
